Earlier Brave browser crashed 10 times

Description of the issue:

I was ordering a microsoft giftcard and it crashed. Then after relaunch i closed one of the many microsoft giftcard tabs, And that made the entire Browser close again. Then upon reopening Brave, it tells me it wasnt closed correctly last time and if i want to restore. After restoring i tried to close a couple tabs… and closing one particular tab made the entire browser close again. It happened 10 times before it refuses to restore previous session any longer.

Now i need to restore the previous session! i have not closed Brave yet and will not close it now until someone tells me how to find the last session file and restore it.

now i have this folder located and i see .ldb files that are last changed today before the crashes. Can any of these be used to restore last session? (My last session had hundreds to thousand plus tabs opened sorted into about 6 windows)

\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser-Dev\User Data\Default\Session Storage

How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 0.71.74 Chromium: 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Windows 10 home 1903 build 18362.356

@AwesomelyMeow,
I responded to the other thread regarding Brave crashing when a tab was closed a moment ago as well.

If you check your History, does it not have your last session listed?

no it doesnt. only a couple of sites. i had hundreds of tabs opened.

@AwesomelyMeow,
What about your actual history? Are you able to see the sites that you had open in those tabs in your browser history (Menu --> Settings --> History)?

history only shows sites you 've actually been visiting/ refreshing. When one has couple hundred tabs, they dont show up on history, only the ones that have been activated and refreshed in the foreground.

my question was why can’t i manually go fix the file that is the last session restore?
