Drag and dropping files sometimes doesn't work under Wayland

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave Browser’s RPM package on Fedora 41 KDE Plasma Spin (Wayland Session)
  2. Go to drive.google.com and drag a file in.
  3. Try a few times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

Expected result:
Drag and drop working properly.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.73.105 Chromium: 131.0.6778.265 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
Wayland, KDE Plasma 6.2.5
