Drag and drop from Musicbee to Brave doesn't work

**Description of the issue: **
Drag and drop from MusicBee into Brave does not work.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave
  2. Open Musicbee
    3.Drag a file from Musicbee into Brave

Expected result:
Drag and drop should work
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.47.186 Chromium: 109.0.5414.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
Drag and drop from MusicBee to other programs works fine. It also works in Microsoft Edge.
