Can't Drag and Drop on Linux Mint

Description of the issue: Can’t drag and drop on most websites in Linux Mint.
**How can this issue be reproduced? **

  1. Use Google Drive or even Catbox
  2. Try to drag and drop a file from the file explorer (caja)
  3. Will either return with “file can’t be found” or “responded with 0 code”

Expected result: The file to drop in properly
