Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I do not want to search from the address bar I want the browser to go where I tell it to or tell me that URL does not exist.
  2. Try to navigate to a URL and get search results instead of routing to web page.

Expected result:
Disable Search from Address Bar provide a search window separate from the address bar.
