I dont know whats happening but till January I recived my payout regularly in my uphold account which is verifed but this time in feb 2022 i still did not recieve my payout.I dont know if others are also facing the same thing or no .I tried to dm u guys who are admin but no response yet
so kindly address and resolve the issue!!!

The same thing has happened to me. It’s never been a problem before. However, I’ve had no rewards in Feb so far and the amount of bat per Ad this month is terrible. only 0.35 earned total instead of the normal 4-5 by this point in the month.
@steeven should be back tomorrow. Hopefully he’ll get caught up to you. I know you’ve been posting over a month on issues. That said, I know when you responded to me about 5 days ago, you hadn’t sent a DM to them yet but had instead posted it on the forum. IF you really had not sent them a DM yet at that point with the information they needed, then means only been a few days. Especially since they don’t work the forum here over the weekend (It’s Sunday now, they weren’t here yesterday or today)

My Gemini wallet is connected to Brave browser for BAT rewards, and it’s verified, but the rewards for last month have still not shown up in my Gemini account. Is there something else I need to do? I reached out to Gemini and they said to ask Brave.

Key thing is to make sure you’re explaining your situation and including your Wallet Info to them. They need it in a private message/direct message…not as a post here. They do that for security purposes and all.

@Saoiray i have sent DM 5 days ago with all the details asked. But my issue is still not solved. (Didn’t received BAT reward of last month). I know they have thousands of DM to address. But 5 day & issue still not solved.
@mnarshi I understand what you’re saying. Keep in mind, 2 of those days is the weekend where they do not work. Currently, from my observations and feedback others have given, average wait is up to 2 weeks.
Hopefully though, you’ll hear this week. They will be back to work in the morning. (it’s Sunday night in United States right now)
