Your wallet cannot be verified because you have reached the maximum verified device limit.
This mistake has happened to all of us. Yes the wallet can only be linked to 4 devices. Brave’s statement is as follows;

What can I do about this?
We are working on improved slot management tools made available in the future for users with multiple devices, or who’ve lost access to a device for reasons outside of their control.

This situation has not been resolved for a long time. Some are removing Brave for this reason.

This situation needs to be fixed urgently and nest management tools need to be introduced.
