I had installed Brave on my laptop and verified my wallet. However the HDD crashed and I am unable to add any new Devices on the Wallet. Can you please help me in unlinking that device so that I can add a new device.

Because of such things like this, the team is currently working on disabling the device limit.
Trust me, there are thousands of people waiting with the same problem as you got, and the number is increasing daily. As i heard from support, the update will be announced, so just wait for them to release the newest brave version, it should be working from than.
