You have reached the maximum number of verified devices allowed. i.e. 4.
Either you linked too many devices to this account, or you made the same mistake as me, reformatting your PC too often. Yes it’s ridiculous but it counts in the maximum.
No solutions for months. But they say they are working on a solution.

Your BAT’s will continue to be stored on your browser until you can do something with them, or eventually use them to self-contribute. (or that you reformat, in which case all will be lost)
There’s a kind of trick that can allow you to self-contribute yourself by linking a twitter account to an uphold account, something like that, but it seems like an indescribable difficulty.

You can use this to reset 1 device. Unable to re-verify wallet - #118 by Mattches . In addition, Brave is supposed to be eventually coming out with a way for us users to remove the devices but it is being worked on and not sure when it will be available.
