Description of the issue:
Top banner becomes white. Clearing cache temporarily fixes it.
How can this issue be reproduced?
It works on every single website I go on. YouTube, Google, Reddit, Instagram, news you name it.
Not sure how to replicate it but since the 1.56 update yesterday, it has broke my dark mode on brave.
Previous version I was on is 1.48.1. This is why I try to never update because of bugs like this.
Expected result:
Top banner is white.

Additional Information:
Slowly every website I go to is breaking one by one. And my eyes are being assaulted at night by this white banner.
I hate having to clear cache everyday only to see it a few minutes to an hour later.
Even night mode for Google doesn’t work now.
And this website won’t let me upload mp4 - H.264 (HVEC or AVC). Ridiculous.
