How ccan you change to dark background in brave?

set Brave colors to dark
When you open brave browser or a new tab then you get the pictures and some of these pictures are light or bright colors. These pictures are still bright colors, that does not change and it does not help to install dark theme from the web store.
if you mean the picture on the new tab i think even if you remove everything (sponser image and time and all those stuff) it will give a pink background
i think you should request a feature and i see some peoeple who require a customization new tab page
