Web downloaded page color

Hi,

I am a very new user of Brave. I have assigned a color to background but when I open a web page I get white background. How can I change it?

for the dark theme of brave is related to brave it self but for any site some detect the theme that you use and match it automatically and others do not but have option for dark theme

youtube.com which detect your platform theme automatically

to get dark theme for brave community site go to your profile → interface then choose theme brave dark

for protonmail the option you use the new beta interface so maybe it still has some issue

so try youtube.com and twitter which both detect your theme if it work fine or not?
