CTRL + Shift + Right Arrow not working inside Brave

Description of the issue:
Two weeks ago, a problem started when I needed to mark work with CTRL+Shift+RightArrow.

**How can this issue be reproduced? **

  1. open the browser and place the marker near a word
  2. try to select a word with CTRL+Shift+RightArrow
    2.1 even in the address bar, I can’t select the word to the right.
  3. Try again with CTRL+Shift+LefttArrow

**Expected result: **
The word should be marked to be copied.

**Brave Version (check About Brave): **
1.62.162

**Additional Information: **
The problem was encountered only under Brave two weeks ago.
