Constant notification sounds while downloading

Brave constantly plays push notification sounds while downloading files.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Open Brave
2. Start downloading file
3. ???
4. Listen to the salvo of the notification sounds

Expected result: File downloading in peaceful silence with a push notification only at the completion of the download.

Reproduces how often: Every single time I download something.
