Description of the issue:
Brave Browser (desktop) (Mac): notification sound played after any download.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave Browser.
  2. Download any link via Download any link as… in the contextual menu.
  3. Hear the sound of the notification played once the linked is downloaded while “Play sound for notifications” option not selected in OS X System Preferences.

Expected result:
Same as the above but not sound should be played.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave Browser v81.1.9.80 (109.80)

Additional Information:
Appeared suddenly today while no change has been made in Brave settings or OS X Notifications settings.
Mac version: OS X 10.12.6
