Hello, I recently tried duplicating my profile to make another profile, and after tweaking some settings on the new one I noticed the data synced up to the original (presumably some of the files confuse the browser into thinking they are the same profile and syncing them). I deleted the new profile as I figured it’s not super important, but I noticed pretty quickly that I couldn’t return to my original color theme on my default profile. I had a pastel green top UI, with everything else as a white BG. The closest option I can find now is dark green top UI with a lighter green background. I don’t remember how I originally customized my theme, so were some options removed in newer versions or am I just adjusting it incorrectly? I’m looking under Get Started → Profile name and icon → Pick a theme color. It’s not massively important of course but it is eye sore to have the entire page filled in with a color or to pick a neon color with the custom color picker.
Hello,
You have encountered a bit of a theme customization challenge with Microsoft Edge. Let’s see if we can get your pastel green theme back!
Here are a few steps you can try:
Check for Theme Options: Open Microsoft Edge.
Click on the three dots (Settings and more) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Go to Appearance.
Under the Theme section, you can choose from the available themes or click on Discover more themes to explore additional options.
Custom Color Picker: In the Appearance settings, you can use the Pick a color option to customize your theme color.
Click on Pick a color and use the color picker to find a pastel green shade that matches your preference.
AI Theme Generator: Microsoft Edge also offers an AI Theme Generator that can help you create a custom theme. You can access it here and follow the prompts to generate a theme based on your description.
Resetting to Default: If you want to reset to the default theme and start over, you can go to Settings > Appearance > Theme and select the default option. LHIProviderPortal
