I accidentally changed my color of my Tab and I can’t change nor ajust it to how I like it. (See in IMG)
I just want my old color again, and the old trusted hex color creator and not a color bar which doesn’t even give the correct color. Lol…
Please give us the option to get MORE Customization & Personalization.

I agree with you — honestly I didn’t even realize that this feature had changed (I don’t use it very often). I think it’s strange that it is now this color slider as it offers less granular selection.

+1 for this request - the old color picker was much better and more customizable.
Meantime is there any file that could be edited to try and get a custom color combination (without the need to install additional themes) ?

A few months ago, I created user profiles in the Brave browser and was able to select vibrant and vivid colors to identify each one. For example, I have one profile with a bright red color and another with a vibrant blue, both of which have worked perfectly until now.
However, after updating Brave a few months ago, I noticed that when selecting a color for a new profile, it appears faded and does not reflect the vibrant color I choose in the color picker. This makes profile identification less intuitive and visually less appealing.
I would like to know:
Is there a way to force Brave to use exactly the selected color for profiles without it appearing faded?
Is there an advanced setting or a file that can be manually edited to adjust this color value?
I appreciate any help or tips to resolve this issue! If anyone has encountered this and managed to fix it, please share your solution.

+1 please bring back the color picker or hex option.
+1 accidently reset my color and now its gone. The color picker was there earlier, as I had set color to black. Seems like some latest chromium update got it removed.
EDIT: found this on super user. Seems like the slider was introduced in Chromium 123. If anyone has a workaround, please suggest.
I agree, the new theme color system seems like a big downgrade
As many other people did. I accidently clicked a wrong button in my colour selection area. There was no undo button, so now I am stuck with this very pale pink colour rather than the nice dark burgundy that I had previously been using. There is no eyedropper colour selection tool, just this colour-bar, which seems to change the light hue, but does nothing for selecting darker shade. I too would like to see the ability to go back to rich colour selection. This does seem like a huge downgrade.
Has anyone tried to install an older version of Brave, reset their colour, and then upgrade back to the current version? Does anyone know if that is even possible?
