I did not file any bug case.

I watched the Brave Browser > Developer Tools > Network (while trying to get Brave Browser to open the Greens Fees PDF file directly) . . . and there is a

“crbug/1173575, non-JS module files deprecated”

event. Looked up that, plus “PDF” and found:
