Claimed October rewards but not deposited to Gemini and no info in my reward-Internals

1-Claimed my October rewards on 11/08/22 but not deposited to my verified Gemini account yet.

2-Since then all the information in my rewards-internals is gone.
On General info, it says Rewards profile not yet created, Total balanced 0, Rewards state. Not connected. Also, all other information is gone too.

It’s been more than a year with Brave and Gemini, but never had this kind of problem.

I cannot raise a ticket with Brave, because I need a payment ID.
I must fill out a wallet payment ID from rewards-internals but as I told you I can’t get any information from the rewards-internal section. Everything is empty.
