November/December rewards not received

Briefly describe your issue:

Since setting up a verified wallet (Gemini) I’ve not received any rewards. My existing rewards were transferred over, but Novembers (edited as December’s rewards have come through) are MIA. To make matters more complicated, I don’t have a statement for either month. I’ve now removed the link to Gemini and I don’t have a claim button either.

What date did you verify your wallet? October

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes - since verifying a wallet with Gemini, I have not received a statement or any rewards. All previous rewards were transferred to Brave wallet.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
