Hi, I did not receive my brave rewards for Jan and Feb, and now my wallet has been logged out and am facing the error below when trying to sync for about 5 days now.
Please let me know how to get around with this.
What Operating System and Brave version are you using ( Menu --> About Brave )? - V1.36.111
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) - No longer due to being logged out for unknown reasons.
What date did you verify your wallet? - 12/11/2021
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? - Last rewards received was in Dec 2021
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) - No
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? - Yes, Singapore.
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? - Not applicable.
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? - Yes
@dteosk I’m going to break your post into 3 parts, as they are kind of separate issues/answers.
Since you’re saying issue from January too, this needs to be escalated to staff. Please send a Message (DM) to @steeven and @Mattches explaining you did not receive January or February payments. When you do this, make sure you also send them your Wallet Info that you can find at brave://rewards-internals so they can try to trace your payment and find what happened. NOTE Make sure you do this in a DM and not a post here. If you need help with that, let me know.
Once your browser is connected to Gemini, it won’t/shouldn’t come unlinked. To unlink the connection, this has to be done by someone at Brave usually. What you are seeing is that it has signed out for you to be able to view your Gemini balance from within Brave Rewards. This happens on occasion, though I forget the timeframe. So this shouldn’t play a part in you not receiving payment.
As to not being able to sign in again, this is appearing to be an issue shared by many users now. @steeven mentioned before the weekend he was relaying information to a team at Brave to try to discover what is happening. But there’s been a lot of people from both Gemini and Uphold who have been signed out and not able to sign back in. Hopefully they can discover this quickly. Sadly, we don’t necessarily have an answer to it yet at this point.
