Can't verify site using txt record

Hi,

I can’t verify one of my sites. The only method I can use for this site is with a TXT DNS record. The record has been added correctly over a week ago (via namecheap), but I always get an error when I try to verify. Sent an email to support but no reply.

Please help, thanks.
