Cannot transfer my BAT tokens to Uphold

Briefly describe your issue:

I have installed Brave Browser in July. On brave://rewards-internals page it is said that BAT wallet (in-browser one?) has been created on 18.07.2021, 20:40:45.

On brave://rewards page it is said that I have 0.500 BAT tokens available but when I click to withdraw them, I am redirected to Uphold page which shows 0.000 BAT tokens available in Brave tile.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Windows 10.
Wersja 1.28.105 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Oficjalna wersja) (64-bitowa)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

I thinkYES, but it still shows “verify” link on brave://rewards. However, when click it, it redirects to Uphold wallet - no verification wizard available there.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Well… In July, just after creation. It is ca. 18.07.21.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

No.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

No.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Yes.In Poland.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

n/a

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes.

Ok, I fixed it.

  1. Open Web Tools.
  2. Go to Network tab.
  3. Check “Disable cache”
  4. Go to" brave://rewards
  5. Click “Verify wallet”
  6. Go to “Security” tab (in “old” Uphold)
  7. Find that you are unverified, click to verify
  8. Provide address on first page of wizard
  9. Click “Next”
  10. Done - it does not ask for ID because it verified it before. However first step in verificationbrowser was not passed - maybe because of Global ID integration.

It works now.
