Cannot reset browser settings to default

Description of the issue:

Whenever I try to reset settings to default the wheel that pops up just keeps spinning. But nothing happens. When I stop it, nothing happens, the browser is exactly the same.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Go to seettings, search for “Restore settings to their original defaults” under advanced settings, click it, and click “reset settings” on the dialogue that pops up.

A blank profile. Resetting doesn’t eliminate all profiles, does it? Only the current one?

OS: MacOS Mojave 10.14.3

Brave: Version 0.63.55 Chromium: 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Did you download todays update? This issue was fixed in the latest release – please update and let me know if the problem persists.

Issue still persists on Version 0.64.75 Chromium: 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit). At least on the profile I want to reset. I was able to reset a different one, but not the one I want. Is there any way to do it manually?~
