Cannot log into with shields up

Southwest Airlines website loads with shields up but I cannot log into my account. When I click the Log in button, a little pop-up window appears to prompt me for the username and password. After entering the correct info and clicking Log in, it displays the error message “We are currently unable to complete your request. Please try again later.”

My normal settings are:
Trackers & ads blocked (aggressive)
Connections upgraded to HTTPS: yes
Scripts blocked: no
Cross-site cookies blocked
Fingerprinting blocked (standard)

I tried allowing trackers & ads and cookies, but that made no difference. Only after I allow all fingerprinting, then I can log in successfully.
