You do not even understand the question and every time you send some incomprehensible recommendations and questions that are not relevant to the topic at all.
What does this have to do with the available regions Brave rewards?

This has nothing to do with regional availability. You are seeing this error because, as it says, you have already verified this Uphold account with a different Creator account. Each custodial account can only be verified with one Creator account.
