Can only get some of BAT off browser into Uphold

Hello I have been using brave for roughly 6 months. I have some BAT Earned in the account. 2 months ago I decided to make an uphold account and transfer the tokens. I was able to transfer about 25% of the tokens. 75% is still in the browser application. I cannot get them off my browser into uphold.

Version 1.10.97 Chromium: 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

it also showed the same amount of bat in my browser after it send the 25% to uphold.

Also I dont seem to get any ad revenue anymore.
