Getting BAT to Uphold

Since getting Uphold, BAT has been getting transferred, but had a large amount of BAT (440.16) accumulated before Uphold. How do I get those BAT transferred to Uphold, Have communicated with them and they said I would have to consult here on how to get this done.

A fix for that is expected for the next update, so the only thing that I can tell you is to be more patient
