Description of the issue:
After being idle for a while (e.g. half an hour) the browser starts behaving erratically. Most interactions with it (like moving the mouse pointer over the hamburger button, or opening a link, etc) result in everything disappearing from the desktop for 0.5 - 4 seconds. Sometimes the mouse pointer gets distorted, or weird green lines appear at the top of the browser window while the mouse is over the the area. This only happens with Brave. The only way to stop this is restarting the computer (restarting Brave is not enough).
How can this issue be reproduced?
No sure way to do it, but as stated above, it happens after Brave has been idle for a while. Can’t confirm, but seems like it might have something to do with Windows turning the screen off.
