Bug: PWA Minimize, Maximize, Close buttons have a visible line underneath

Description of the issue:
On Windows 10, the minimize, maximize, close buttons within PWA (progressive web app) windows, like Twitter, have a line underneath the buttons and won’t go away

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a PWA (e.g., visit https://x.com , click on the Install App button in the address bar, open the X PWA)
  2. Don’t maximize the PWA window
  3. Move mouse cursor over the minimize, maximize, close buttons
  4. Move mouse cursor away from the minimize, maximize, close buttons

Expected result:
The minimize, maximize, close buttons have the same style before step 3

Actual result
The minimize, maximize, close buttons have a line underneath
