Blank maximized a PWA

**Description of the issue:When I maximize a PWA (Progressive Web App), it appears blank. I have to minimize and maximize it again for the content to be visible.

I’ve already disabled hardware acceleration, but it didn’t solve the issue.

This has been happening since the latest versions. My current version is: Version 1.75.178 Chromium: 133.0.6943.98 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I use Linux KDE with X11.

Same on Cinnamon with X11. I’m assuming it’s something to do with the memory saver feature in brave://settings/system but I’m not sure. Am going to disable it for a couple days and see if it stops happening.

Already experiencing it after disabling memory saver so that isn’t the issue.
