I see you have extensions. Often this tends to be what causes issues for people. Can you try opening in a Private window and see if it happens that way as well?
In addition, can you click the

Create a new profileand test on the new profile if the issue persists?

I have standard version of Brave and Beta version of brave. And same problem persists. And yeah maybe this can be caused by extension. I have a lot of extensions
