Description of the issue:
Menus for new bookmarks and extension settings are covered under another window.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- In the bar, click on the puzzle piece
- Then click the hamburger menu of any extension
Expected result:
The new extended menu should show up in front of the previous menu.
