[Bug] Can't unpin or remove top site

Description of the issue:
I could remove top sites before but not now. Maybe after pinning 6 top sites and/or the latest update.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start Brave browser or open a new tab.
  2. Make sure you have 6 top sites pinned.
  3. Try to unpin or remove any one of the 6 top sites.

Actual Result:
Nothing happens.

Expected result:
It should be possible to unpin or remove any top site.

Reproduces how often:
Constant.

Operating System and Brave Version:
Linux Mint 19.1 (based on Ubuntu 18.04), Brave Version 0.66.101 Chromium: 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)
