Description of the issue:
Brave launches and shows that it was not closed correctly. The pop-up to restore tabs is shown. Clicking “restore” takes me to my basic Brave homepage. If I do not click “Restore” then I am at the same place. I can use the menu to go to About Brave or other sections no problem. When I click a Bookmark (for example, my Gmail bookmark), the window closes. If I type a URL (for example, dreamtheater.net), when I hit Enter, the window closes. This is consistant for both pages I have bookmarked with login credentials (gmail) and for pages with no login credentials. This is also duplicated when I go to a page I have never been to before (I copied a random Google link from Firefox). Brave was working fine yesterday (no issues at all).

It happens every time. Open Brave, click link (or type URL and hit Enter). Boom. Brave closes.
