Brave will not link to UpHold, Keeps saying I need a verified account even though my UpHold account is verified

Hello all,

Sorry if there is already a thread on this, I just skimmed quickly to see as I don’t have that much time to go scrubbing through things. Everytime I try to link my UpHold account it tells me I need to have a verified account. I have gone through the account verification step’s and confirmed with UpHold support that my account is indeed verified. I was told by their support to turn off shields when trying to link my account and did exactly that. I even went ahead and removed the connection to brave on UpHold while logged into the site. Still the same error message pops up when I try to link my account. I reset brave rewards and removed brave from my UpHold account once again, then attempted to link it once more. Still the same error message pops up. If anyone has any useful tips or tricks I could try it would be greatly appreciated as I’m missing out on my rewards.

@WastedLogic would always be good to get exact messaging and all. But I’ll link you to some areas that has potential solutions…at least for you to check on.

Well I guess I now know what it was. It was my address. I didn’t have that field fully filled out in UpHold. That first link you posted helped a lot. Just filled that out and attempted to link it again and I’m now linked. I used Gemini before but can no longer use that so UpHold is new to me.
