Brave VPN connection issue

Unable to use the VPN connection, and wish to uninstall. iPhone 14 with iOS 16.5.1 will not connect to VPN, and now unable to access the VPN settings menu on the iPhone settings menu. WiFi will not connect, nor will some other apps, and cannot access my brave account webpage on the iPhone to uninstall. It appears that the VPN is constantly and unsuccessfully trying to connect.

All is well with the VPN on my MacBook Air.

Disregard-Problem solved. Found VPN management menu under General settings and deleted the VPN.
