Brave volume goes down by itself constantly

Brave “Volume Mixer” slowly goes down bt itself. When I have a problem hearing I have to go to the volume mixer and put it up to 100%. One day or two later I have to do it again. Very frustrating. It goes down to zero unless I watch it. Like Brave but I may have to switch to another.

Thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. Additionally, please use guest mode to see if the issue persist and If that works, please try disabling your extensions to see if this is the cause of the issue.

1. On your computer, open Brave.
2. At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

Those things don’t seem to be an option. On the Extensions I wouldn’t know what to delete. As for the Brave volume I set it at 100% yesterday and today it is 20%. It won’t stay all the way up. I can’t find a pin or lock.
