Brave tabs not stacking onto the icon

Hi,
sorry if this has already been asked somewhere, but I’ve already looked for it and never found my exact problem.

I got the Brave-icon already pinned to my task bar. My problem now is that every time i want to open a new tab (which means clicking the brave-icon on my task bar) a new brave-icon appears with the tab i wanted to open.

Instead, when clicking on the pinned brave-icon, i would like to not have a new brave-icon being created, but instead i’d like to see that my just opened window is being stacked onto the already existing brave-icon (like it’s the case for Chrome).

Is there a way to change that and if so, how?
