Brave Sync v2 doesn't sync history

I can set up a sync chain without any problems between my Android phone and PC but history doesn’t actually sync. Bookmarks work fine however.

To reproduce:
Sync between PC and android app
Confirm they are on same sync chain
Go to a site on android
Check the history on PC -> You will not see the link you just went to on android

@yuensterI also have noticed it. Quite frankly, its not something thats of upmost importance to me. Can live with this, though I agree that this working would make life a lot easier
