Brave Rewards Seem Off and Not getting rewards

Briefly describe your issue:
The Brave Payout for Sept 2022 was lower than what the statement stated. Never got any mid-Sept Payment and my browsers are set up to Gemini… For example, I am supposed to have 23 BAT but got only 2… Now, all my Oct data show none when I saw prior to be at least 8 (with statement for this month showing 0)…

Yes with Gemini

What date did you verify your wallet?
A while back… I have gotten since the connection with Gemini (Q1 2022)

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes and had rewards until the last and current month (either way lower than what was stated and reflected in Gemini wallet)

Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes I use gemini for other trades outside of BAT

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? N/A

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner? I do not auto-contribute - Disabled

It happens when Brave isn’t actively running. It takes time for rewards to reconciliate at the Brave’s end. Keep Brave running and this issue should not be that big, you could still be rolling in some BATs. Initially the rollovers were only 10% or something but lately it has been reversed (UNO reverse BATs, sorry couldn’t hold sayin’ this).

Unfortunately, Brave browser is on as close to 24/7 since it is a media computer with the browser being used. So not sure if this would change… Again, I have had no issue on BAT until Sept and now, October.

Oct state = 0
It showed pending of 8.49 BAT to come in my way in the Brave Reward but that is gone with nothing there (after refresh too)… Nothing in wallet nor statement.

Just did open a ticket specifically for Sept… I am thinking that oct might be delayed or something…
