Brave Rewards Payout bug receiving 0.1 BAT only

Hi Team,

I am using the Brave browser on my android phone. I collected some 3 BAT from the last 2 months and it is also visible in the estimated earnings of the month but the payout is always 0.1 BAT.

Please tell me how should I fix this issue

Don't get rewards after ads

Hi @ymca76, Thanks for writing in. It sounds like your Android phone is failing SafetyNet (a check that is built into Android phones). Failing SafetyNet typically means your phone is rooted, has a custom or bootleg OS installed, etc. This is the leading cause behind “unable to claim” issues, particularly on Android. If you could go to the Android app store and find a “SafetyNet checker” app, run it, and see if your phone passes or fails the SafetyNet check, that would be very helpful. Are …

Thanks for replying. My phone passed the safetynet check and the auto contribute is off from the beginning.

The problem is from last 2 months I was supposed to get around 3BAT as it was showing me on estimated earnings but I got only 0.1BAT. I am facing this issue from 2 months now. Currently the estimated earning is 2.9BAT.

So, the estimate earnings are a rollover from previous months? Is that what you are saying? You haven’t earned anything for the month of March?

And your wallet is unverified, is that correct?

Yes that is correct.

@alyshanmaredia Yes, it definitely looks like your rewards rolled over. If you’ve only received 44 ads and have 2.967 earned BAT, that would be an average of .06/ad. The current range for ad payouts seem to be around .005 - 0.1, so definitely some of that amount is rollover from previous month(s).

Unfortunately, you should probably just wait until the April payout and see if you receive the entire payout amount. Also, the Ads Payout Status update shows payouts for unverified wallets have not completed. Don’t know why but if some are still processing you may be in that group. So, right now, I think all you can do is wait.

You could DM moderators with your Wallet payment id (don’t post this!) found at brave://rewards-internals, but given that payouts are not complete for unverified wallets AND you have a rollover amount, I don’t think they will respond. Up to you if you want to give it a shot.

Thanks for your response, Just got a notification of April rewards I am still getting 0.1 BAT. Rolled over amount is more than 3.5 BAT now. Can you please tell me the moderators name so ill DM them

You should DM the moderators. Include a link to this post and the following information. Do not post this information!

• Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
• Your OS and Brave version (first three entries listed in brave://version )
• A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

1. Click on their icon on the About page then select the Message button in the top right corner or
2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
