Brave Rewards Macbook Jan Feb 2022; Jan Reset 0, Feb no Ads

Hi,

I started my Brave Rewards in Jan 2022 on my Macbook, got some earned BAT, I understand that it will reset in Feb for processing, but till date no processing message, and 0 Ads in February at all by far.

4 Feb Update: Ads has resumed!

And my Brave Rewards Wallet Activity in Jan 2022 Statements sort of reset to all 0 as well.

Please help!

I am loving Brave so far after switching out Chrome for my Macbook, iPhone and another Android Phone. Hope the Ads & Rewards stand strong as well.

  • Have managed to Verify Gemini Wallet.
  • Still have yet to Receive January 2022 Payout (@SaltyBanana)
  • Have checked region/country, everything fits, I am still getting Ads currently

Have you sent a direct message to a moderator about your missing January payment? Include the following information for your device in the DM:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
