Brave randomly using media keys after update

Description of the issue: Brave controls media sources (youtube, reddit, etc.) with media keys on my keyboard despite being turned off in flags and settings
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Play media
  2. Press media control key
    Expected result:
    Nothing happens as the setting is disabled
    Brave Version( check About Brave):
    1.38.109
    Additional Information:
    Didn’t happen until this week

Hardware Media Key is now available in flags. 3rd May Update.

Version 1.38.111 Chromium: 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@CerealLover This flag is named differently… do you know what the “MediaSessionService” is? I couldn’t find anything in flags and I am on win10 and could not find it in settings there either.
