Description of the issue:

Not sure, just opened it up a couple days ago, and for whatever reason, started reacting to media keys again. Checked flag, was still disabled.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Starts and stops whatever media is being view, or is open.
Expected result:
Not doing it.
Reproduces how often:
Every time I press the media keys.
