Brave Open Private Window First, Crashing

Brave is crashing when I open it in private window first. This only happens when I do not have any Brave windows already opened.

  1. Ensure no other Brave windows are opened
  2. Right click Brave Icon pinned to task bar, or from Windows search.
  3. Select “New Private Window”
  4. Brave will open the new private window and close it within a few seconds, even without me doing anything.

This is how I usually opened Brave Private windows, and had worked just a few days prior. If there is another Brave Window opened, opening a private window does not crash. I checked this by opening a private window with “CTRL +Shift + N”, right clicking task bar, or selecting from the settings tabs, all work when a regular brave window is opened.
