Opening new private window with tor crashes brave

Description of the issue:
Brave crashes suddenly when opening new private window with Tor.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the Brave Browser,
  2. Click the 3 horizontal lines to access available actions
  3. Select “New Private window with Tor”,
  4. …and crash.

Reproduces how often:
Every time I try.

Brave Build and Version:
Windows 10 Surface Pro 7 laptop running Brave Version 1.19.90 Chromium: 88.0.4324.146 (Official Build) (64-bit)
