How can i see what uphold account i have connected to my brave on my phone?
Click Rewards triangle icon > Wallet verified button.
It says that i need 25 bat to verify my account. another way?
Then that mean you have no Uphold account connected for that browser wallet. Only local in-browser wallet. 
Then how can i connect an uphold account because i do not see any option in reward tab?

The button is available via Rewards triangle icon.
And you’ll need 25 BAT in your Rewards wallet before you able to connect an Uphold account. Android Uphold Wallets Launch and Introducing Minimum BAT Thresholds
