Additional Information:

@mkhalila keep in mind that the area you’re looking at will only show you details based on what’s stored in iPhone areas, such as Documents.

What you likely have are a lot of things saved within Brave, especially as cache or perhaps things in your Playlist. If that’s the case, iPhone settings wouldn’t access those and it’s something you have to do from inside the Brave app.

Open Brave, go to Settings, then to Brave Shields & Privacy. You’ll see an area that says Clear Private Data and has a bunch of toggles. Turn on the toggle for things like Cache and anything else you want to clear out for space, then hit Clear Data Now and it will clear it out.

WARNING

Pay very close attention to what you toggle on it. For example, if you have Cookies and Site Data on and clear it, then you’ll be logged out of everything and will have to login to websites again. If you choose Saved Logins it might erase any saved usernames or passwords you’ve saved in Brave.

Most likely you’ll only need to have Cache toggled on and cleared. But you might have stuff in Downloads or Playlist Offline Data and all if you’ve used it. Again, just make sure you check the various areas first to make sure you don’t accidentally remove something you don’t want gone.

Hi please open app settings, scroll down to the app version setting cell, tap on it.
Select ‘copy app storage info’ and share with us.

This way we can see where is this data store and see if it’s a bug
