Description of the issue:
Brave Is not opening by clicking on the icon
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I click on brave icon or on brave rewards notifications and the browser doesn’t open

Windows 10 Pro
Brave version: v. 1.37.111
Additional Information:
I run a myst node on my pc; by clicking “Open node UI” it opens the localhost page on brave and i can open new tabs and use normally the browser.
